Launch open in one of my windows.I don't know that's just a fluke, or if it's related to my problem with IE crashing.Īnyways, I've attached my HJT logfile.hopefully, someone can figure out what's going on. I also ran the IEFix utility from (both in and out of SafeMode), but the problem has not yet been resolved. I did save the txt file with the tech details that are sent to Microsoft (don't know if that would shed any light on this). However, I fixed them all, and subsequent checks with both programs showed up clear. The first time I ran both Spybot and Ad-Aware, a couple things came up.mostly cookies, but also some registry keys for Ztoolbar and SearchFast. The antivirus check has come up clean each time I've run it, and I always update before doing so. I've done a thorough check using Symantec Antivirus Corporate edition, The error message details are as follows:ĪppName: iexplore.exe AppVer. I don't seem to be having problems with any other sites, and I don't even have a problem on the homepage for that website ( ). The problem, as far as I recall, started maybe a week ago. I originally posted this in the IE6 Newsgroup on, and the person who advised me suggested that I post on a HJT forum for support, as my problem may be caused by hijackware.īasically, my IE6 keeps crashing (I get the "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem." message) when I go to.
